General Photo Pass Terms & Conditions Scope of Passes These Terms apply to both the Monthly Photo Pass and the Catch-Up Pass (each a “Pass”). Detailed T&Cs for each Pass are available via their respective links. License & Use • Pass Holders receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to download, view and share digital photographs captured by Lumio Photography of JDA players. • Photos may not be used for commercial purposes (sale, resale, advertising or promotional distribution) without prior written permission. Access & Delivery • Passes grant access to private, password-protected online galleries. • Download links remain active indefinitely, subject to Lumio Photography’s right to discontinue access after two years of inactivity. Payments, Cancellation & Refunds • Catch-Up Pass: one-off payment; non-refundable once gallery access is granted. • Monthly Pass: recurring subscription; cancel any time—cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds. • Lumio Photography does not issue refunds for past billing periods or for unused downloads. Privacy & Data • Personal data (names, emails) are processed under our Privacy Policy [link]. • Pass Holders are responsible for safeguarding their gallery credentials; Lumio Photography is not liable for unauthorized sharing resulting from Pass Holder actions. Intellectual Property • All photographs and related graphics remain the sole property of Lumio Photography. Pass Holders acquire only the license to use images as described herein. • Any use of Lumio Photography’s trademarks, logos or branding requires prior written approval. Limitation of Liability • Lumio Photography’s total liability for any claim related to a Pass is limited to the amount paid for that Pass. • Lumio Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including data loss or failure to upload. Changes to Terms • Lumio Photography may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of any Pass after notice constitutes acceptance. Governing Law • These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Questions?
